Marshall is teasing a new amp on their social media accounts, and it looks like they come loaded with the new Celestion 12-inch speaker, the Celestion 100.

The Marshall social media campaign features a short video that says, “The last 100 years have led to this legendary moment. Stay tuned.”

All that can be seen is a closeup of the amp’s front panel on/off, High/Low/Standby switches, and the text CELESTION 100 Years.

Then, the amp is in shadow, followed by a shot of a Celestion 100 12″ speaker in the rear of the cabinet. Celestion is celebrating 100 years, and early G12 speakers inspire the new Celestion T0100 Alnico Speaker.

Therefore, we can assume these speakers are integral to the new Marshall.

  • 100th Anniversary Special—The Celestion 100 encompasses the famous G12 alnico speaker and produces incredibly rich and refined British tones.
  • Alnico Magnet Heart – Traditionally rich and warm, the alnico magnets produced the early ‘50s spirit and flavour.
