A Decade of Transformation and a “Product-First” Mentality

Gueikian’s legacy at Gibson is defined by a massive cultural and operational turnaround. Joining the company following its 2018 restructuring, Gueikian championed a quality- and product-first mentality that successfully revitalized the historic brand.

By prioritizing instrument integrity and building deep, authentic connections across musical genres and generations, he repaired Gibson’s standing with musicians worldwide. Under his watch, the brand launched the flagship Gibson Garage in Nashville and modernized its entire instrument lineup.

Reflecting on Gueikian’s profound impact on the brand and its creative partners, legendary guitarist, songwriter, and producer Slash shared his praise:

“Cesar played a key role in revamping Gibson over a decade ago. He reintroduced quality, integrity, and passion into the business and strove to preserve the legacy and image of the brand…”
