The journey began in 2012 with the creation of a custom-built tube amp head for Rush’s “Clockwork Angels” recording and touring cycle. This amp, known for its unique sonic characteristics tailored to Lifeson’s preferences, led to the limited release of 100 “Lerxst OMEGA” amp heads. Now sold out, these amps were just the beginning of what has become a fruitful collaboration.

Today, the focus is on the latest creation, the Lerxst By-Tor Drive pedal. This pedal is a marvel of engineering, designed to encapsulate the essence of the OMEGA amp head in a more compact, pedalboard-friendly format. It offers guitarists the opportunity to experience the intensity and distinctive growl that the OMEGA tube amp is celebrated for but in a much more accessible format.
