Cort and guitar sensation Hedras have teamed up again, unveiling their latest creation: the Triality X700 electric guitar. This collaboration continues its tradition of innovative guitar designs, following the successful Mutility X700 and Duality II models. The Triality X700 is designed to push the boundaries of guitar ergonomics, making it versatile across various music styles, including progressive metal, R&B, and more.
Cort Triality X700
The guitar is designed with the adventurous musician in mind, encouraging exploration across genres like progressive metal, math rock, and neo-soul. The Triality X700 steps up with an HSS pickup configuration featuring Fishman Fluence pickups, offering a blend of crisp Strat-style tones and powerful shred capabilities.
Raw Ash
The design retains the double-cut body shape but introduces a fresh twist with a raw ash body and a roasted maple/walnt neck and fretboard for enhanced speed and precision. The guitar has 24 stainless steel frets, Cort’s chrome hardware, a CFA-III tremolo bridge, and staggered locking tuners. It comes in two finishes: Open Pore Vintage Burst and Open Pore Black Burst.
Versatile
Hedras explains the choice of an HSS configuration to respond to his diverse gigging needs in Dallas, TX, where a genuine single-coil sound is often required. This new setup offers the versatility needed for various musical styles. The Triality X700 stands out in Hedras’ lineup with Cort, offering a unique sound that combines fast attack with warm, rounded tones, making it ideal for live performances and studio recordings.
