Gibson is celebrating the launch of their UK Gibson Garage by reissuing a special-edition 1978 Les Paul Custom, famously associated with Oasis’s Noel Gallagher.

This reissue aims to replicate the original’s vibe and feel by featuring a carefully aged Ebony finish and traditional Custom elements like block inlays and sleek binding. With only 20 units available, exclusively at the Gibson Garage UK opening in London, this release is not just about nostalgia; it’s a chance to own a piece of music history. Each guitar, personally signed by Gallagher, will contribute to a great cause, with all proceeds going to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The 20, Noel Gallagher ’78 Les Paul Custom guitars will only be available in-person to attendees on the official opening day of the new flagship store, the Gibson Garage London, on Saturday, February 24, 2024. Noel Gallagher and Gibson will donate all profit from the sales of this special run of guitars to support the charity Teenage Cancer Trust.
