The MJ San Dimas Style 1 HSH FR QM models, available in two variants, differ only in their fretboard material choices: one featuring a maple fretboard and the other, a Pau Ferro ‘board. Each model boasts an alder body with an exquisite quilted maple top. The bolt-on, graphite-reinforced maple necks, with a 12″-16″ radius and 25.5″ fretboards, feature 24 Jumbo frets with rolled edges, ensuring unparalleled playability.

Seymour Duncan

At the heart of the San Dimas models are the Seymour Duncan pickups – a Jazz SH-2N humbucker at the neck, a Flat Strat SSL-6 single-coil in the middle, and a JB TB-4 ‘bucker at the bridge. This combination promises an unmistakable upper midrange attack, a tight, articulate low-end, and a snappy Strat character. The Jazz pickup adds an articulate, glassy treble response, enhancing the guitar’s tonal versatility.

Gotoh GE1996T

The models’ ’80s-era hot-rod vibe is further accentuated by licensed Strat headstocks, while the inclusion of a Gotoh GE1996T Series Double-Locking tremolo, Gotoh die-cast tuners, and a Floyd Rose 1000 Series Locking nut highlights the top-name hardware.

Colors

The Pau Ferro model is available in Midnight Glow and Transparent Green Burst finishes, while the maple version is offered in a Caribbean Burst colorway.
