The new Charvel Prashant Aswani So-Cal PA28 model has just been revealed and features the Wilkinson WVS 130 CR two-point locking tremolo system. It also comes in a stunning Inca Silver nitrocellulose finish with a matching headstock.

The Charvel Prashant Aswani So-Cal PA28 comes in the Inca Silver nitro finish with a matching headstock. It comes with a lightweight alder body and has a scalloped lower back bout, plus a shredder’s cut heel. Making it a comfortable guitar to play and one with good upper fret access.
Tapered Neck
With a graphite-reinforced bolt-on maple neck. The neck was specified to taper from 42mm at the nut to 42.9mm at the heel and the Indian rosewood fretboard is fitted with 22 jumbo frets. It has a 12” radius fretboard and a 42mm Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut.
Plus, a Heel-Mount Truss Rod Adjustment Wheel and a set of glow-in-the-dark Luminlay side dots.
Charvel PA28 Humbucker
It comes with a set of Charvel PA28 Humbucker pickups in the neck and bridge positions.
The Alnico III magnets in these humbuckers are described by Charvel as giving “crystalline cleans” to “fiery distorted leads”.
They are wired using a set of Dunlop Super Pots and the controls consist of a single Volume and Tone control, plus a 5-way blade switch.
Hardware includes the super stable Wilkinson WVS 130 CR two-point locking tremolo bridge and a set of locking Charvel tuners.
