Behringer has announced the release of the OCTAVIA OCTAVE FUZZ, a vintage-inspired octave fuzz pedal designed to capture the aggressive, psychedelic sounds of the 1960s. We spotted this new release late last year, and now it is official!

Famous for its use by legendary guitarists like Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, the OCTAVIA OCTAVE FUZZ delivers a unique and unpredictable octave-up effect, adding a layer of sonic chaos to any guitar rig.

This one is based on the famous Tychobrahe Octavia pedal but upgraded with a true bypass circuit design.

How To Use

The OCTAVIA OCTAVE FUZZ boasts an incredibly user-friendly interface with just Volume and Boost controls, allowing for effortless adjustment of output level and fuzz intensity.

This pedal responds exceptionally well to your picking dynamics, delivering stunning results with single-coil and humbucker pickups. For a unique sound, try setting the fuzz knob around 10 o’clock, engaging your neck pickup, and playing around the 12th fret. This technique produces captivating, chirping octaves with a subtle undercurrent of distortion, ready to be unleashed when desired.
