Word on the street is that Marshall is about to drop two new amp heads at NAMM 2025:

More leaked Marshall products follow the new pedals range based on their classic amps and the Studio 900 20-watt head based on the JCM900.

UPDATE Now Officially Released

JCM 800 Key Features

  • Mid-Shift Switch – When activated the controls shifts the frequencies to emphasize mid range content. The result is a fuller, fatter sound.
  • Two Overdrives – Two overdrive pedals on a Marshall amp can create interesting tones and give you more tonal options!
  • Tight Sound – The tight switch produces a tighter, snappier low end.

1959 Key Features

  • Clip Switch – A clip switch controls the amount of clipping, which is when the signal is “cut” or “clipped” at the amplifier’s maximum capacity. More clipping results in more distortion!
  • Bright Switch – Brighten up those clean tones for more elegant tonal choices.
  • Master Volume – Control the volume with even more ease with the addition of the Master.
  • Two Overdrives – Two overdrive pedals on a Marshall amp can create interesting tones and give you more tonal options!

  1. How is it that Marshall can offer 2 new heads when the JVM head I ordered from Sweat Water 10 months ago is still on back order and they say it won’t be available for yet another 6 months. Also the 4-12 cab is also back ordered. What’s really going on?
