RockBoard Second Tiers modular pedalboard expansion with opening top mechanism and powder-coated aluminum construction

Responding to the most requested product idea in its history, RockBoard has officially unveiled the Second Tiers, a modular pedalboard expansion designed to maximize surface area and streamline complex modern rigs.

RockBoard Second Tiers

The release responds directly to years of user feedback, social media posts, and customer emails. As guitarists increasingly build pedalboards around space-heavy gear like pedal-format amplifiers, modelers, NAM profile players, IR pedals, loop switchers, and MIDI controllers, the demand for tiered organization has reached an all-time high.

Many players had previously resorted to building custom DIY versions from existing RockBoard components, which ultimately inspired Warwick HQ to develop an official, standardized solution.

Expand Your Pedalboard

Developed over a nine-month period, the Second Tiers focus heavily on clearance, stability, and ease of access. The expansion features a fully opening top mechanism that locks firmly at a chosen angle, letting musicians access utility pedals hidden underneath while keeping active controllers and switchers within reach on top.

Installation is engineered for speed and simplicity. The units mount directly through existing RockBoard hole structures using grub screws and branded hardware, taking only seconds to set up without sacrificing cable-routing pathways.

Built from powder-coated aluminum, the tiers match the structural and visual aesthetic of existing RockBoard units, making them look like an integrated factory feature rather than an afterthought.
