Eastman Guitars has officially announced the expansion of its acclaimed FullerTone series with the release of the FullerTone Offset. Designed by legendary luthier Otto D’Ambrosio and developed in collaboration with renowned guitarist and educator Paul Davids, this new model completes a trilogy of instruments that redefine the modern solid-body electric guitar.
The FullerTone Offset joins the existing Single Cut and Double Cut models, bringing D’Ambrosio’s three signature body designs into one cohesive lineup. With a focus on boutique-level ergonomics and high-fidelity sonics, the Offset is positioned as Eastman’s most comfortable and player-centric electric guitar to date.
A Masterclass in Ergonomic Design
At Guitar Bomb, we are all big fans of Eastman Guitars; in fact, their Juliet LA Celestine Blue was featured in our Top 5 Guitars of 2023, as we were so impressed by it.
The standout feature of the new FullerTone Offset is its sleek, curvaceous silhouette. While many offset guitars can feel bulky, Eastman worked closely with YouTube sensation Paul Davids to ensure the instrument met the demands of professional players.
“It was a sheer pleasure working with Paul Davids to gain his player’s perspective on the Offset,” says Pepijn ’t Hart, Eastman’s Director of Fretted Instruments. “His insights helped us create our most ergonomic body shape to date.”
The guitar features deeply sculpted contours and a strategically beveled back. These design choices allow the instrument to sit naturally against the player’s body, whether standing on stage or sitting in a studio, significantly reducing fatigue during long sessions.

Boutique Specs and “Alt-Rock” Soul
Beyond its physical comfort, the FullerTone Offset is built for expressive tonal palettes. It is equipped with Tonerider goldfoil-covered humbuckers (soapbar-sized). These pickups were specifically selected for their unique ability to provide warmth and clarity with an articulate response that cuts through a mix without being harsh.
Hardware-wise, the guitar features the Göldo DG Tremolo, a system lauded for its smooth action and reliable tuning stability—even during heavy vibrato use.
Chief Designer Otto D’Ambrosio notes that the guitar was inspired by the spirit of musical independence. “Inspired by the sounds of alt-rock pioneers, these modern-day classics simplify and amplify your musical expression in a sea of symmetry,” says D’Ambrosio.

The FullerTone Advantage: Two-Bolt Neck System
Like its siblings in the FullerTone family, the Offset utilizes Eastman’s proprietary FullerTone two-bolt neck system. This isn’t a standard bolt-on; it is a long-tenon design that maximizes neck-to-body contact.
This engineering feat provides the resonance and sustain typically associated with set-neck guitars, while maintaining the snap and adjustability of a bolt-on. The smooth, unobstructed heel further ensures that players have effortless access to the highest frets.
Availability
The Eastman FullerTone Offset will be available in two classic finishes—Dakota Red and Gold—starting in Spring 2025 through Eastman Authorized Dealers worldwide.
UK pricing is £899 for these.

the details are impressive but the guitar reminds me of an old bulky peavey guitar. It doesn’t have a fluid feel tot he design.
