Fender Japan has partnered with J-Pop guitar star Rei to create a signature Stratocaster that pushes the boundaries of the iconic design. This unique instrument dubbed the “R246,” features a 24-fret fingerboard, a downsized body with extra contours, and a neck inspired by the Fender Lead II – a rarely seen model from the late 1970s.
