The extended warranty applies to all products purchased from authorized retailers and even retroactively covers purchases made within the past five years, with proof of purchase. This unprecedented coverage makes Warm Audio’s high-quality recreations of classic studio equipment even more accessible to musicians and producers.

Warm Audio’s dedication to quality extends beyond the warranty. Every product shipped from their Austin, Texas facility undergoes a rigorous inspection.
Trained technicians meticulously unbox and evaluate each item, performing cosmetic and technical functionality checks. This meticulous quality control process ensures that every piece of Warm Audio gear meets the company’s high standards.

While the five-year warranty covers most of Warm Audio’s products, some exceptions apply. The company’s premium cables featuring Gotham AG Swiss cable stock carry a lifetime warranty. Vacuum tubes are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.
