A Fuzz Pedal with a Split Personality
The Crossover Fuzz is built around two distinct fuzz circuits: a fat, dark, droning fuzz for your low frequencies and a biting, growling fuzz for your highs. These two "fuzz beasts," as DBA calls them, are sent through a resonant crossover filter, allowing players to apply different levels of gain and volume to each band. This unique design unlocks a huge range of tonal possibilities, from bubbling, sludgy bass with slightly scratched highs to a searing lead tone with snarling mids.
Versatility and Control
Each of the two fuzz bands has its own dedicated Gain and Volume controls, giving you granular control over your sound. The large "Freq" knob lets you adjust the crossover point between the high and low frequencies, while the "Resonance" control adds a layer of brutal hiss and self-oscillating squeal.
What truly sets the Crossover Fuzz apart is its flexible I/O. With two separate inputs and outputs, it can handle mono-to-stereo, stereo-to-stereo, or even stereo-to-mono configurations.
