Gibson Faded Les Paul Standards: 2024 Updated and now $200 less

Gibson has refreshed its iconic Faded Les Paul Standard series for 2024, offering two classic models with subtle enhancements. The 50s and 60s versions retain the beloved thin satin finish that made them cult favorites while incorporating modern upgrades for improved playability and tone.

Gibson Faded Les Paul Standards

The 2024 Faded Les Paul Standard models now include humbucker covers, a popular addition for many players. They are available in four finishes across two models: a 50smodel in Vintage Tobacco Burst and Vintage Honeyburst and a 60s model in Vintage Bourbon Burst and Vintage Cherry.

They all have the satin nitrocellulose finish, which is famous for giving guitars a slightly worn-in look and feel. The 50s model has a set of Burstbuckers, and the 60s model comes with the 60s Burstbuckers.

Hardware across both versions includes a nickel ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and an aluminum Stop Bar.
