Woodrite Guitars tease

At Guitar Bomb, we are all huge fans of Woodrite Guitars, and their latest Instagram post suggests that something V-shaped could get an official release sometime on Wednesday, 2 October! The post shows a silhouetted image of what looks uncannily like a certain Mr Brent 'Dirty B' Hinds holding what appears to be a glorious-looking new guitar! Whale of an announcement coming this Wednesday….

Does it Doom/Woodrite Guitars - Whale of an announcement coming this Wednesday….

Does it Doom?

This could break us, as we have drooled over all the Woodrite releases in the last few years, and as a proud owner of Epiphone Brent Hinds Silverburst Flying V and a fan of heavyweight, downturned machines of mayhem, this could all be just what the Doom Dr ordered! This company bought us the Warlord, Switchblade, Revelator, Firecaster, and more. So it will be epic; we can guarantee that. Stay Tuned, and we will update you once we get to the filthy, sludgy bottom of this one...

Crack the Skye

In the meantime, the Mastodon boys are on tour in the US, Crack the Skye is celebrating its 15th anniversary (yes, my blue vinyl copy is on order), and they have a new joint song out with Lamb of God entitled Floods of Triton!
