Jackson Guitars has announced the release of the Pro Series Signature Lee Malia LM-87, a guitar designed in collaboration with Lee Malia, the influential guitarist of Grammy-nominated rock band Bring Me The Horizon. This new signature model blends Jackson’s classic rock roots with modern style and high-performance features, catering to players seeking both vintage aesthetics and contemporary playability.

Lee Malia, known for his intricate solos and aggressive playing, required an instrument to capture his authentic, heavy, and versatile sound. The LM-87 is the result of a close partnership with Jackson Guitars, fulfilling Malia’s vision for a powerful and accessible guitar.

The Pro Series Signature Lee Malia LM-87 is based on Malia’s custom shop model, built by Mike Shannon, and incorporates features tailored to his rock style and sonic vision.

The guitar boasts an offset Surfcaster body shape with a thin open-pore finish on the bound Okoume body and neck, offering a unique vintage appeal with modern appointments. It also includes a TOM-style bridge with an anchored tailpiece and fine tuners, providing exceptional stability for low tunings and heavy picking.
