The signature King Vs strike a commanding presence, blending aggressive design with premium aesthetics. Each guitar features an angular Mahogany King V body topped with a breathtaking Quilt Maple Top in a Transparent Black finish. This menacing look is matched by a construction built for unrelenting performance.

Key Specs for Modern Metal Shredders

“I’m so happy to announce the release of my new signature series guitar,” said Beaulieu. “Not only does it look fantastic, but the thing I’m most excited about is that it comes fully armed with my Signature Seymour Duncan Damocles Blackout pickups.

The Seymour Duncan Corey Beaulieu Damocles Signature Blackouts are the sonic engine of these guitars, specifically voiced for Trivium’s crushing, high-gain sound. Designed for his detuned style, these active pickups promise brutal low-end clarity, a searing midrange, and smooth, cutting highs that punch through the heaviest mix.

The controls are streamlined to a simple three-way toggle and single volume knob, ensuring zero distractions for the performer.

Performance and Playability

  • Neck-Through Construction: A through-body Maple neck with graphite-rod reinforcement delivers monstrous sustain and unshakeable stability, essential for intense touring conditions.
  • Ultimate Tuning Stability: The KV6Q (six-string) and KV7Q (seven-string) both feature a recessed Floyd Rose 1000 Series Double-Locking Tremolo System, providing absolute tuning confidence through the most extreme dive bombs and aggressive riffing.
  • Speed and Comfort: A compound-radius Ebony fingerboard (12″-16″) hosts 24 jumbo frets and classic sharkfin inlays, ensuring effortless playability for lightning-fast runs and massive bends. The oiled neck finish adds to the ‘broken-in’ feel right out of the case.
